-15 teams $200 entry
-Must have a Team Name
-4 person cook teams MAX (one wristband for each member, no voting rights)
-Each team is given one bag of Jealous Devil Charcoal w/ entry fee
-Must get your meat from Heights, orders in by 3/7/21 (25% off meat + seasonings w/entry fee)
-Bring your own grill (any brand, we don’t discriminate)
-Cooking can begin at 8am, no food can be COOKED until 8am, prepping is allowed (trim, brine, season, prep sides etc)
-Supply your own 10x10 tent
-Heights to provide 1 table per team
-No trailers, space is limited
-Able to serve minimum 100 samples
